Delete your PithyAI account

In the app

1. Open PithyAI and sign in. 2. Go to Settings › Account › Delete account. 3. Confirm.

Without the app

Email support@meetpithyai.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". If you sign in with Apple or Google, tell us which email address you sign in with. We may ask you to confirm the request from inside the app, so we act only for the account holder. We delete the account within one month.

What is deleted

• Straight away: your profile, meetings, transcripts, summaries, questions, speaker names, sessions and push tokens. The audio is deleted from our storage.
• Within 30 days: copies in database backups, as they expire.
• Shortly after: your customer record at RevenueCat, including its purchase history. If you signed in with Apple, PithyAI's Sign in with Apple for your Apple ID is ended.
• Kept until your usage period ends (at most about a month): the number of meetings and audio minutes you used, under keyed hashes of your sign-in identifiers, so the free plan cannot be reset by deleting and re-creating an account.

Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

To delete only some meetings, open a meeting in the app and choose Delete recording.

بدون التطبيق: راسلنا على support@meetpithyai.com من البريد المسجّل في حسابك، بعنوان "حذف حسابي". إذا كنت تسجّل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google، أخبرنا بالبريد الذي تستخدمه. نحذف الحساب خلال شهر.

يُحذف فورًا ملفك واجتماعاتك والنصوص والملخصات والأسئلة والصوت، وتُحذف النسخ الاحتياطية خلال 30 يومًا. حذف الحساب لا يلغي الاشتراك: ألغِه من إعدادات App Store أو Google Play.
